Lockwood Return Merchandise Request Form

Lockwood urges dealers to keep un-used equipment at their own warehouse location to avoid return shipping costs and restock fees.  

Not all Lockwood equipment is eligible for return to the factory.

All equipment to be returned must be new, un-used and in original packaging. 

Credit amount is subject to change based on condition of returned item. 

No credit will be given if equipment was used or damaged.   

PRODUCT RETURNED TO LOCKWOOD WITHOUT APPROVAL OR A VALID RGA # ASSIGNED BY LOCKWOOD WILL BE REFUSED AT DELIVERY AT THE SHIPPERS EXPENSE.
