Lockwood has its own in-house fully equipped Engineering and Prototype department with over 25 years of experience to satisfy your custom needs.
Paint/Powder Coat
Lockwood has a state of the art Paint / Powdercoat conveyer line. We use an earth friendly water based paint. All products go thru a pre-wash and forced air dryer booth. This process is followed by a pre-heat oven to help the paint adhere better. The product is painted with a high quality water based or powdercoat paint. Finally, the unit enters a high temperature oven that bakes the paint which results in a durable, hard finish.
Our standard colors for paint and powdercoat are Black, Red, Yellow, and an assortment of Greys, Blues, and Greens.
